The kickoff and discovery meeting is a chance for our teams to come together and understand the purpose of your business and the migration project. It also ensures that everyone is clear on roles and responsibilities timelines and deliverables to ensure an effective and successful collaboration amongst our teams so we can guarantee a successful launch.
Things we will dig into during our migration kickoff discovery phase:
- Product catalog structure including: configurable products, product attributes, associated product images, categories and collections
- Audit custom static blocks

- Audit additional third party platforms and integrations
- Generate list of business requirements and features for launch and post-launch
